Mombasa County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) provides theframeworks and development anchorage for the preparation of series ofAnnual Development Plans (ADP). This Plan is the first in a series of fiveAnnual Development Plans that will implement the County IntegratedDevelopment Plan (2018-2022). This will be done through thecomprehensive interventions in partnership with our supportivedevelopment partners and the Public Private Partnership (PPP)engagements. It is our firm belief that this will ultimately lead to therealization of vibrant regional commercial hub with a high standard of livingfor all residents of Mombasa County.This ADP sets out the strategic priorities for the medium term that reflectsthe County Governments priorities and plans for the 2017/18 financialyear. It contains the programmes/projects to be delivered with theirobjectives, expected outputs, performance indicators, time frame and theamount allocated for each project as in line with the budget estimates forthe Fiscal year 2017/18.Planning remains a key principle in the County as more resources andresponsibilities are devolved to the county government. These resources andresponsibilities will be cascaded to the sub-county and ward levels toensure a bottom up public service delivery system.
