This County Budget Review and Outlook Paper (CBROP), prepared in accordance with the PublicFinancial Management Act, 2012 is the second to be prepared under the County governmentAdministration. It presents the recent economic developments and actual fiscal performance of theFY2014/2015 and makes comparisons to the budget appropriations for the same year. It furtherprovides updated economic and financial forecasts with sufficient information to show changesfrom the projections approved in June 2015In this Paper, we will also provide an overview of how the actual performance of the FY2014/2015affected our compliance with the fiscal responsibility principles and the financial targets ascontained 2015/2016 annual budget.We are committed to the implementation of annual budgets performance and ensure transparencyby relaying our performance indicators to the public through this, and other publications, asrequired by the Constitution and the PFM Law.
