...The 2018 MTDS is the fourth to be preparedby the County Treasury and is consistentwith the overall macroeconomic frameworkdiscussed in 2018 CFSP, and reflects theinter-linkages and feedback effects betweenthe MTDS and the macroeconomicframework affecting county environmentgiven events and occurrences influencingthe national economy. Within a medium term planning period, the CountyGovernment will assess sustainability ofdebt and potential risks when implementingthe MTDS.This MTDS improves on the existing debtmanagement strategy (MTDS 2017) byhighlighting assumptions underlying theanalysis, sources of loans to the CountyGovernment and highlights some of keystructural and macroeconomic risks thatmay have implications for the choice of apreferred MTDS.
