The financial statements present the financial performance of the County executive over the past quarter. The promulgation of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 under Chapter 11 ushered Kenya in a new system of governance, replacing the centralised system with a devolved system of governance. The devolved system of governance consists of the National Government and 47 County Governments. |
